Post and packing is extra.  Orders are packed carefully and covered by my insurance.   Costs are kept to a  minimum.  Overseas orders are normally sent by airmail and orders for bulky items or multiple books can be sent very cheaply by M Bag Media mail, a heavily discounted airmail service.

Chronological history of the West Indies. Frank Cass 1968 3 vols. 336 + 552 + 620pp. Facsimile reprint of 1827 first edition fine in original green cloth. A most useful and well researched work. The author was attached to the Royal Navy and served in Caribbean waters during the first decade of the C19th. Uni presses of Florida 1974 211pp. 1st ed., fine in original green cloth. Good historical study. £12 THOMPSON S. The journal of John Gabriel Stedman 1744-1797. Soldier and author. Including and authentic account of his expedition to Surinam, in 1772. Mitre Press 1962 437pp + plates. 1st ed., fine in D/W. Stedman was an officer in the Scots Brigade, a mercenary regiment, and describes his mission to Surinam to subdue the revolted negroes. Written by the author while on Post Office business in the West Indies to re-organise the Colonial Post Offices and to undertake postal treaties with the Spanish colonies.
