This is the issue without the date at the foot of the title but paper watermarked 1831.

The Sarah Sands was a four-masted, iron-built screw-steamer chartered to take out troops to India. She left Portsmouth on 15th August 1857 packed with 14 officers, 354 men, a dozen women, and tons of ammunition and explosives. On 11th November about a 1000 miles off Mauritius, the ship caught fire but was saved and eventually reached Mauritius
